The Silver Family Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. However, an organization that falls within our areas of giving may submit a Letter of Inquiry at any time during the year. The Foundation does not support capital requests nor does it make grants to organizations outside of our geographic scope of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
